Collaborates on the development of BMJ Workspace, a platform unifying CRM, email marketing, legislative tracking, and official gazette feeds — contributing to testing, steering adjustments, and designing parts of the product. Builds Power BI dashboards for client portfolio management, and drives — through prompt engineering and AI tools — the development of tailored data solutions, including a Python-based international trade monitoring system integrated with government databases and Microsoft Teams. One of those responsible for AI implementation at the firm, alongside international political analysis.
